"I did a lot of damage to my beloved Viking 36" stove by using it with the door slightly ajar due to a misalignment that I knew had occurred but ignored anyway. My circuit boards were completely fried. Although it took them several visits and multiple part replacements, they finally fixed it without incurring additional costs. Steve (owner) was also more than willing to return my $1500 should he be unable to to the job. It's been many months and it's still working perfectly. They stand by their work and I recommend that kind of integrity very highly."


"Fast to respond, efficient, got the job done on the first trip out. I called Friday afternoon about my malfunctioning Viking oven, the repair man was here on Monday morning at 8:15. He had the ignition parts with him, fixed the problem and checked the rest of the stove over to make sure all was working properly.  Parts were expensive, that's to be expected with a Viking appliance, but at least Elkay gives a good warranty on service and parts.."
